V.I.E is an H.R. initiative for international mobility backed by the French government. Opened to all companies with a French establishment, it enables organisations to recruit French or European talent, aged between 18 and 28, to carry out a professional assignment abroad for 6 to 24 months. Very advantageous and cost-effective, this program is managed by Business France and enjoys a public status within a protective framework.

Since all V.I.E professionals are hired on a French contract and enjoy French social benefits, Business France and its partners handle all administrative procedures (payroll, contract, insurance, visa and upon request, travel and recruitment processes).
