Annabelle started her V.I.E in Herndon, Virginia (United States of America) in September 2022 as a HR Development Project manager at Airbus Americas. After graduating from business school in Rennes and completing exchanges in Spain, Singapore and Indonesia, Annabelle spent over 2 years in the HR consulting industry in Paris. Longing for more international ventures, Annabelle decided to join the V.I.E program.
Linda is an experienced senior level human resources business leader. Over her career at Airbus, she specialized in organizational development and talent management, both locally and internationally. As a leader, she is driven by inclusion and employee growth and translates overall strategic development into concrete changes in operational activities.

Volunteering abroad through Business France’s V.I.E program is an exciting opportunity for young professionals to gain valuable professional experience. This way, They recognize the importance of open communication in bridging cultural gaps. Through frequent and transparent weekly discussions, they navigate their different cultural backgrounds and identify common ground to work harmoniously. This approach not only facilitated effective teamwork but also allowed them to learn from each other’s perspectives and experiences.
