How V.I.E Supports International Recruitment and Growth in Denmark
On November 28, Denmark hosted its Grand Prix V.I.E, an award ceremony celebrating the remarkable growth of the V.I.E program in Denmark and the talents contributing to the success of this program.
The rise of V.I.E in Denmark
This year Grand Prix V.I.E’s edition took place in a unique context as this was the first award ceremony since the implementation of the new tax treaty between France and Denmark. Thanks to this tax treaty, the programme’s status is officially recognised in Denmark, which facilitates its deployment. This breakthrough makes the program even more attractive for companies looking to accelerate their presence in Denmark.
As a result, the number of talents on assignment in Denmark quickly growth, from 68 in 2022 to 109 talents currently on assignment. From large corporations to SMEs, a total of 36 companies benefit from the V.I.E programme in Denmark. The talents work in various sectors such as energy, construction, finance, mobility, health or agri-food to name a few.
V.I.E: A Strategic Gateway to recruit new talents
V.I.E enables companies with a French establishment to recruit European talents from 18 to 28 years for a professional mission abroad up to 24 months. The program offers companies a cost-effective way to recruit new talents and retain them as nearly 1 out 2 stay within the company at the end of the V.I.E mission. 96% of companies recommend the program and 9 out of 10 say it actively supports their international growth.
